BON LOSEE ACADEMY GRADING SYSTEM
The passing grade for State Board licensing is 75%. Students will be graded on Theory, Practical, and Clinic work based on the following scale: 90%-100% A, 80%-89% B, 75%-79% C, 74%-Below Failing
GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS AND DIPLOMA
The student must complete the following graduation requirements (which are applicable to all courses):
Score 75% or higher on all theory tests, practical examinations, practical tasks, and finals.
Maintain a 75% or higher average in all clinic areas.
Pass a written and practical final with a 75% or higher score.
Complete contracted hours of training (2000, 1200, or 600 depending on program).
Fulfill all financial obligations to the Academy.
A student fulfilling all requirements listed above will receive a Bon Losee Academy of Hair Artistry Graduate Diploma or a Bon Losee Academy Esthetics Graduate Diploma. The Academy will provide materials and literature to prepare the student for the State Board Examinations, however the Academy does not guarantee passing of the examination. All graduates must pass a State Board Examination to receive a license. Upon request, the Academy will assist the student in scheduling the examination. Costs related to the State Board Examination and for State licensure are the responsibility of the student.
