Bon Losee Academy Of Hair Artistry Admission Requirements and Procedures
The Academy admits high school graduates, holders of General Education Diplomas (GEDs), or persons beyond the age of compulsory education (in the state of Utah eighteen years) who lack a high school diploma or equivalent but who have the Ability-to-Benefit from the training offered by the Academy. An applicant who has successfully completed secondary education and is still under the age of compulsory education may enroll. The Academy admits high school students with an approval voucher from their school district (see high school scholarship policy.) A student under the age of compulsory education, not sponsored by their school district, must pass an Ability-to-Benefit exam before being accepted into the Academy. Credits may be given from high school towards a high school diploma with approval from a high school vocational counselor. Applicants must be at least sixteen years of age. All students must have an interview prior to enrollment.
